Absorbent Products LTD Acquisition
The recent acquisition and operational integration of Absorbent Products has brought two complementary companies together, unifying top-notch talent and state-of-the-art R&D operations under one shared vision.
Progressive Planet continues to maintain and support Absorbent Products’ existing business operations, including all mineral and mining interests, owned and long-lease industrial properties, manufacturing / sales / distribution infrastructure, patents and intellectual property. The company also retains an impressive portfolio of eco-conscious mineral-based products and legacy revenues ranging from agricultural feed additives, natural insecticides, and soil conditioners; to industrial absorbents, fillers, and sealants; to cat litter and pet-friendly ice melters among other applications — all derived from diatomaceous earth, bentonite, leonardite, and zeolite mining operations. All material is taken from its raw state, processed and packaged for sale with some of the most recognized big-box retailers in North America.
